Summer 2026 Program Directors’ Cohort

The Program Directors’ Cohort, hosted at Arizona State University’s College of Global Futures, brings together peer programs in a unique collaborative onramp toward accreditation. Participants take a deep dive into the SEAC Guidelines and write a draft self-study document with feedback from an invited Guest Consultant. The cohort is a qualifying activity to advance toward accredtiation, and can also serve as a standalone professional development opportunity for the challenging work of sustainability Program Directors. The cohort helps us to evolve standards for quality programs at the certificate, associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree levels that train sustainability professionals and problem-solvers, using the Key Competencies in Sustainability to strengthen and support program learning outcomes.
